Exotic Incense is happy to offer flexible and low cost shipping options based on the size of your order.
Small orders are shipped First Class and will always be less than $6.95.
Medium orders are shipped Priority Mail and have a flat shipping rate of $6.95.
Large orders of $75 or more are shipped Free Priority Mail to United States addresses only.
There is no handling charge. There is a minimum order amount of $5.
International orders are shipped First class international or Priority mail international and are based on actual weight.
The shipping rate will be calculated and displayed before checkout or you can use the handy shipping quote tool that is located in your shopping cart. If you want a quick shipping quote just enter your zip code or country and the tool will weigh the contents of your shopping cart and quickly get a quote from the United States Postal Service.
We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you order from us. You may return any part of your order within 30 days for a full refund of the product cost - shipping charges are not refundable. Before returning your order, please contact us first by e-mail to make the proper arrangements.
