This is a good incense for stress/tension/depression relief. I wouldn't burn it for scent purpose alone, although it has an interesting, refreshing herbal scent to it. I find it works extremely well for beating the "Winter blues". Just break the sticks in half. It puts out a lot of smoke, so I've found that a half stick is enough. A good quality Tibetan incense.
I love this Incense, been using it for almost 20 years. The quality has not changed since I have been using it. It is pleasant, relaxing, and meditative scent to me.
