I hate to say this, but the Brass Cone Incense Burner actually puts out the incense when you put the lid on. There are holes around it and a hole at the top of the lid. It seems like it should operate this way. Am I missing something here? Product arrived quickly but I'm sorry to say it doesn't work as I expected.
