This is a very delicate incense which doesn't smell particularly rosy when burning. From the box it has a light, sweet scent which smells vaguely of rose, and comes with a nice little ceramic tile holder. The sticks are small but have a good burn time and are far less smoky than any other incenses I've tried. This unfortunately doesn't stop the light smoke smell from overwhelming the subtleness of this scent. I won't buy this one again, but it has certainly made me curious to try other Japanese incense. A stronger scent with the minimal amount of smoke these put out would be lovely.
