I ordered the spikenard bark resin, but It came in powder form unlike the photo described. However, the vendor corrected it on their website and honored my return. I was unable to fix my previous review, so I hope to make it right by clarifying that they did try to help me, and since their supplier no longer carries the resin bark, I was offered a full refund. I recommend this company and would definitely order from them again.
